Before ski season started I knew that I really wanted to get in shape so I could ski my absolute best! Ted pushed me and challenged me and I got into the best shape I have ever been with his program. He focused a lot on muscle strength and my legs became so strong through all the strength training he had me do. He was really good at setting up exercises that were specifically aimed for alpine skiers and no matter what sport someone is training for, Ted will set up a specific plan that will get you in the best shape so you can perform at your highest level. It was also great that he would make sure I was eating all the right foods and that I was getting enough protein into my diet. Overall, Ted is a great trainer because he really pushes you and he will make the workouts harder if it starts to get too easy!
