Your personalized session can include the following, based on your fitness goals:

Your personalized exercise program will work with your fitness goals. I offer 30 minute, 60 minutes, and 60+ minute sessions depending on your fitness goals.

The program will be tailored to your needs. To keep you motivated, the workouts will include a variety of exercises and as you progress, we will increase the intensity level to keep your body challenged. Working with your schedule, we will design a weekly program in which I will be with you every step of the way.

Personal training sessions can take place at the TKFitness Home Fitness Center in Milton, Massachusetts, or I can travel to you!

While trying to get in shape, it can be challenging to make the time to go to a gym. That’s why I offer in-home training. I will come to to your house and, working with you and your needs, develop a fitness program that will help you reach all of your fitness goals. I will also work with you to develop a nutrition program that will help you reach those fitness goals. Not only will I come to you to do the training, I will bring all of the equipment — all you need to supply is the space!
