How many weeks before I start seeing results?
You will start to feel better almost immediately. Physically you can should start seeing results within 4-6 weeks of starting the program if you exercise regularly and eat healthy most of the time.

How many days per week do I need to exercise?
You should be exercising at least 3 days a week to see the benefits. On the days you are not formally exercising, you should still be active.

How much can I realistically expect to lose?
This depends on the individual. That being said, a realistic healthy goal would be to lose between 1 and 3 pounds per week for an overweight person.

Tell me about your online Training Program?

First off, online training is a great, inexpensive way to work with a trainer. As far as how it, we will have an initial consultation, either in person or on the phone. After this consultation, I will write you up a program that is tailored to you. This program can be accessed via ….. We will then have weekly follows ups to track your progress.

Can my elementary school athlete workout?

Kids over the age of 9 or 10 can do strength training. Before that it is more about learning how to control their bodies through games and fun activities. With the 9 and 10 it is best to start them off with body weight exercises and progress from there.

Can I work out with a friend?
Yes. I offer training sessions for groups of 2 to 4 people. Working out with groups is a great way to stay motivated.
